If a Therapeutic Court would like to best serve Native American and Alaska Native Families well, then the relevant Tribes need to be included at all levels of your court. The specific level of involvement may depend on the families you serve and the preferences of the Tribes and Tribal Courts in your area.  This may mean having tribal members as consultants, as regular steering committee and/or oversite committee members, or ICW workers joining the weekly staffings. There are some recent Practice Briefs from NCRAC (Native Child Advocacy Resource Center) that may help with some information on this topic.
